NanoView is a cloud-based microscopy platform designed for educational and research purposes. Our service includes:

• High-resolution medical slide viewing and analysis
• Secure cloud storage for medical images
• Collaborative tools for educational institutions
• API access for integration with existing systems

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use the service only for legitimate educational and research purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the platform

4. Content and Data

Regarding uploaded content:

• Users retain ownership of their uploaded medical images
• NanoView has the right to process and store content for service delivery
• Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to upload content
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms

5. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, NanoView is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service availability
• Error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

6. Payment and Billing

For paid services:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

7. Limitation of Liability

NanoView shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
